The Annual General Meeting of the Junortoun Community Action Group Inc. will be held:
- Date: Thursday 11 November 2021
- Time: 7:00pm
- Venue: Bendigo Baptist Church, McIvor Highway, Junortoun.
The main item of business is to receive and consider the annual report of the Committee on the activities of the Association during the preceding financial year; and to confirm the financial statements of the Association for the previous financial year.
Office bearers for the Association for the coming year will also be nominated and elected.
An agenda will be distributed prior to the meeting.

The evening will commence at 7:00pm with a presentation from guest speaker Will Wettenhall, Environment & Community Manager, Fosterville Gold Mine.
The AGM will follow this presentation and is expected to last approximately 30 minutes.
